  1. The way you guys connected the two different worlds of the real world and her reality was seamless. Also the acting that came into play was amazing, you guys did a really good job.

  2. The shots of them sitting down in the creepy abandoned building are SO beautiful. Seriously the quality is insane. Good job.

  3. Nice concept for the story, I liked the story line and how it cut back and forth between what she sees and experiences and what Joey sees. I thought the music was a good choice as well.

  4. The camera work was great and I really liked the way you did the transitions between reality and what was in her mind. The story was easy to follow because you carried it out so well.

  5. This is a great video! I love the fact that you switch back and forth between the true present day moment to what is happening in her mind. It really gives the audience a sense of what her sate of mind is here. You guys did a great job!

  6. The camera work was really well executed in the way it was shot to allow for the switch between reality and fiction, and the editing sold it. The reverb in the audio in the reality shots felt a little out of place, and not thematically speaking either. Overall though, great video.

  7. That was very nicely executed from where you started with your pitch. I admit I was a little confused at your pitch but I think you did a nice job of bringing it all together. The shots and transitions between the two places were very nicely done. There was a lot of attention to detail when it came to that: the dialogue between both areas felt authentic and not forced. Also, there were certain movements that you carried on from one location to the next. Very nicely done!

  9. Very well done video. The story became clear almost instantly. The location of the abandoned building was very cool. The only complaint that I have was that I wish someone was in the cloak and mask instead of it being suspended by something inanimate.

  10. Very well done! I love the two different perspectives that you offered in the video between what world she was in and where she really was. You implemented that nicely. I also love the echo effects you used in certain part and your setting was absolutely perfect for your story!

  12. Excellent job everyone! The swapping of scenes, made it extremely interesting to watch. Very into the mind's eye. The action shots were fluid. I would have loved to see the creature move, even a little to look at her, especially if that is what she sees. Wonderful short.

  13. I absolutely loved the video! I thought it followed the group pitch very well. I liked the journal clip also I loved the flashback shots. The camera shots were beautiful! The acting was great from both characters. Some shots were unsteady, which could have been shot on tripod but other than that, great job guys!

  14. Very interesting! I really liked the mysteriousness of this. I feel you could make a full-length movie from this. The locations in her head and reality were executed perfectly. I got a Shutter Island vibe from the movie.

  15. Great job! I really liked how the scenery changed randomly to let us view the world through her eyes. And also how "the man that stares" would pop into frame for split seconds. The color and sharpness was impressive, not sure if that was done with a nice camera or in post (or both, I don't discriminate) but really high quality. The writing was done very well. Framing was great. Location was eerily beautiful. One thing I wish was better was "the man that stares." It seems like it was just hanging on something. If I'm not mistaken it was a costume and you most definitely should've had someone wear it and act in it. Also, I feel like he needed more build up or development in the story since he was the conflict, in a way. Other than that, I really liked this video.
